Advancing Base & Precious Metal Discoveries in Mongolia

Azzuro Resources is advancing a copper and base metals exploration portfolio in Mongolia, anchored by the high-grade Oval Cu-Ni-PGE discovery and complemented by the Red Hill Cu-Au project, which has the potential to further strengthen and diversify the Company's asset portfolio.

Oval — Flagship project

Oval Cu·Ni·PGE Discovery

A significant high-grade magmatic copper-nickel sulphide discovery in the Central Asian Orogenic Belt, with massive, net-textured and disseminated mineralisation intersected from surface to 290 metres depth over an 880-metre strike extent. The system remains open along strike and at depth, offering strong resource growth potential. Multiple additional areas associated with confirmed mafic intrusions across the broader tenement package highlight the project's district-scale exploration upside.

Why Mongolia

Mature Jurisdiction Under-explored Potential Strategic Location

Strategically located within the prolific Central Asian Orogenic Belt, Mongolia borders the world's primary market for copper and base metals. The country represents a frontier of immense potential, remaining highly underexplored compared to the region’s proven mineral endowments and existing large-scale operations

01

Top-Tier Mining Jurisdiction

Rated among Asia's top 5 jurisdictions for mineral potential (Fraser Institute) and top 5 safest countries in Asia (Global Peace Index). Home to Oyu Tolgoi — one of the world's only tier-1 copper discoveries to reach production in the past 25 years.

02

Underexplored with Proven Infrastructure

A highly prospective, cost-effective exploration environment supported by established infrastructure, experienced mining professionals, and a growing ecosystem of majors, mid-tiers, and juniors.

03

Gateway to the World's Largest Copper Market

Strategically located on China's doorstep — the world's largest consumer of copper and battery metals, capturing half of global copper supply. Mongolia offers direct access to major Chinese smelters, with border crossings within 280km of key project sites.
