Azzuro Resources PLC (ASX: AZ9), formerly Asian Battery Metals PLC, is an ASX-listed copper and base metals exploration company advancing a growing project cluster in southwest Mongolia. AZ9 is anchored by the Oval Cu-Ni-PGE discovery — a high-grade magmatic sulphide system with over 880 metres of confirmed strike length — supported by the Red Hill copper-gold VMS project and regional upside at Copper Ridge.
AZ9's edge is in-country execution. The Company combines a Mongolia-experienced board, a strong local technical team, and countrywide geological knowledge built through years of operating on the ground. That platform enables AZ9 to move efficiently from discovery through target generation toward resource definition — in one of Asia's most prospective and underexplored copper belts.

Azzuro's board brings together decades of experience across mining exploration, policy, regulation and capital markets — with direct, hands-on Mongolia expertise at its core. The operating team contributes strong local technical depth and proven in-country execution capability. Together, that combination drives the exploration programs at Oval, Red Hill and across the wider southwest Mongolia project pipeline.
